"Hard Candy" is an amazing film which was a hit at Sundance. Lionsgate bought it but unfortunately didn't promote or distribute it well and it barely made a mark in theatres. It's coming to DVD on September 19th though.

All I will tell you is that it follows a meet-up between a 12 year-old girl and an adult man who meet in an internet chat room. The events that follow are surprising, chilling and brilliant. Not for the weak of heart but definitely an incredible little movie that dares to go where few filmmakers would ever dream...and succeeds big time.
